1. Service
Ferah is a mobile app that analyzes the photos, videos, files and contacts on your device and offers cleanup suggestions. By downloading the app you accept these terms.
2. Deletions and liability
Ferah never deletes any item without your approval. Items you approve are moved to the system trash and can be recovered for 30 days; after that they are permanently deleted by the operating system. Deletion decisions are yours — Ferah cannot be held responsible for data loss after permanent deletion. We recommend backing up important data regularly.
3. Purchases
Basic scanning and review are free. Unlimited cleanup, the Vault and the Contacts tools are unlocked with a one-time purchase. Purchases are made through Google Play; refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policy. The purchase does not turn into a subscription and there are no renewal charges.
4. Vault
Vault contents are stored only on your device and unlocked with your biometric authentication. If the device is lost, reset, or the biometric data changes, access to the vault contents cannot be restored. Keeping the originals or copies of documents you move into the vault elsewhere is your responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
Reverse-engineering, copying, redistributing or using the app for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided “as is”. Similarity grouping and sensitive-document detection work with statistical methods; results are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free. You are expected to review the suggestions on each cleanup pass.
7. Changes and contact
